Steve Mills - Founder of RESULTS Mastery

My name is Steve Mills. That’s me in the picture. My number one skill is helping businesses improve their sales and marketing results.

I am married with two sons, a bulldog called Bentley and three grand children (I know I look too young).


I have written four books on sales and marketing and have been called upon to speak at conferences, exhibitions, events and training seminars in countries as far apart as UK, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, Ireland, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Germany, Singapore and the Isle of Wight, where I live.

My main talk is called RESULTS Mastery. It is a business growth talk, training programme, podcast and book.

My goal has always been to help as many businesses as I can to succeed, and speaking is one of the ways I achieve this alongside my university and RESULTS Mastery Programmes.

Abi is the Founder of Europe's leading spa travel company, Spabreaks.com, which she founded to make the spa industry more accessible for everyone, believing that commercial success and ethical standards are not mutually exclusive. 

Abi has been instrumental in breaking down industry barriers towards cancer, illness, and disability.

Today the company works with more than 500 destinations across the UK, sending more than 16,000 people per week on spa days and breaks. Throughout her career, she has advocated for the spa industry and greater accessibility. 

She does this through her work as well as in her role as Chair of the UKSA (UK Spa Association) and on the board of the CEW (Cosmetics Executive Women).

Vicki Robb - Context Marketing

Hi, I'm Vicki, I am a marketing operations consultant specialising in delivering business growth and efficiency by strategically delivering improvements to businesses; people, processes, technology and data. 


I am also the host for The Marketing Meetup Winchester, we run quarterly marketing networking events that focus on growing a local marketing and business network. 


In my spare time I am mostly found out walking with my dog and can occasionally be spotted frequenting some of the Winchester pubs.
